Mini cheeseburger

INGREDIENTS 

  • 450g minced meat 
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp Worcester sauce 
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 slices of cheddar cheese
  • 4 hamburger buns

INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp Worcester sauce 
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 slices of cheddar cheese
  • 4 hamburger buns

RECIPE

1. MIX together minced meat, salt, black pepper, Worcester sauce, Dijon mustard, chopped onion and egg until well mixed.

2.  SHAPE the meat into 4 equal sized burgers and refrigerate for 1 hour.

3. SELECT Preheat on the Cosori airfryer and press Start/Pause.

4.  RUB olive oil on each burger and place them in the food basket.

5.  SELECT Beef, adjust the time to 8 minutes, and press Start/Pause.

6.  FLIP the burgers halfway through cooking to ensure even cooking.

7.  ADD slices of cheddar cheese to each of the burgers when there is 1 minute left in the cooking time.

8.  SERVE on small hamburger buns.
