Chicken skewers with garlic and herbs

INGREDIENTS

  • 3 tbsp olive oil 
  • 3 garlic gloves, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp dried thyme
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1 lemon (juice)
  • 450g chicken thighs, cut to 4 cm slices
  • Wooden skewers

INGREDIENTS

  • 450g chicken thighs, cut to 4 cm slices
  • Wooden skewers

RECIPE

1.  MIX together olive oil, garlic, oregano, thyme, salt, black pepper and lemon juice together in a large bowl.

2.  ADD the chicken to the marinade and marinate for 1 hour.

3.  SELECT Preheat, adjust the temperature to 195°C, and press Start/Pause.

4.  CUT marinated chicken into 4 centimeter thick slices and thread a skewer through each slice.

5.  PLACE the skewers in the food basket of the air fryer.

6.  SELECT Chicken, set the time to 10 minutes and press Start/Pause.
