Lamb shawarma

INGREDIENTS

  • 320 gram of lamb
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp paprika spice
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric
  • 1/2 tsp fennel seeds
  • 1/2 tsp koriander seeds
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 4 skewers (20 cm long)

INGREDIENTS

  • 320 gram of lamb

  • 4 skewers (20 cm long)

RECIPE

1. MIX all the ingredients well together in a bowl.

2.  PLACE 80 grams of meat mix on each stick, then refrigerate for 10 minutes.

3.  SELECT Preheat on Cosori Airfryer and press Start/Pause.

4.  PLACE skewers in the preheated air fryer, select Beef, adjust the time to 8 minutes, and press Start/Pause.

5.  SERVE with or without dressing.
