Baked egg

INGREDIENTS

  • 3 eggs
  • 6 slices of bacon
  • 60 gram spinach
  • 85 ml heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp parmesan
  • Salt and pepper
  • Cooking oil

RECIPE

1.   SELECT Preheat from Cosori airfryer, adjust to 177°C, and press Start/Pause.

2.   SPRAY three baking cups with oil.

3.   ADD 1 egg egg to ech cup.

4.   FRY bacon on pan until it's crispy, around. 5 minutes.

5.   ADD spinach to pan and cook around. 2 minutes.

6.   MIX heavy cream and parmesan. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes.

7.   POUR the mixture on top of the eggs.

8.   PLACE cups in preheated airfryer and cook for 4 minutes in 180°C, until the egg is complete set.

9.   ADD salt and pepper to taste.
