Fried chicken

INGREDIENTS 

  • 4 chicken tights
  • 2 1/3 dl buttermilk
  • 200 gram flour
  • 1 tsp garlic powder 
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp paprika spice
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • Cooking oil / spray

RECIPE

1. MIX the chicken thighs and buttermilk in a resealable bag. Let it marinate for 1-1 1/2 hours.

2.  MIX flour, spices and salt in a bowl.

3.  TAKE the chicken thighs straight from the bag and dredge them in flour. Make sure the chicken is completely covered. Then place the chicken on a plate and let them stand for 15 minutes.

4. SELECT Preheat on the Cosori airfryer, adjust the temperature to 195°C, and press Start/Pause.

5.  DIP a kitchen brush into the oil and brush the chicken thighs on each side.

6.  PLACE the thighs in the preheated air fryer.

7.  SELECT Chicken and press Start/Pause. Turn the chicken halfway through cooking and spray with cooking spray. When they are cooked, let the chicken thighs cool for 5 minutes, then serve.
