INGREDIENTS
- 80 ml coconut milk
- 1 1/2 tbsp tomato purée
- 1 tsp garam marsala
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp turmeric
- 1 tsp cardamom
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp ginger, grated
- 1 tsp salt
- 4 chicken tights
RECIPE
1. MIX all ingredients except chicken in a bowl.
2. COVER the chicken thighs well in the coconut marinade.
3. PLACE in the fridge and marinate for up to 1 hour.
4. SELECT Preheat on the Cosori airfryer, adjust the temperature to 177°C, and press Start/Pause.
5. REMOVE the chicken thighs from the refrigerator and place them in the heated air fryer.
6. BAKE at 177°C for 20 minutes.
7. SERVED with steamed basmati rice.
