INGREDIENTS 

GLASE

  • 60 gram cream cheese
  • 200 gram sugar 
  • 100 gram butter
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

CINNAMON ROLL

  • 2,5 dl milk, warm
  • 60 gram butter, melted
  • 50 gram sugar
  • 1/2 packet of dry yeast
  • 300 gram flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 60 gram butter, softened
  • 100 gram brown sugar
  • 2 1/2 tsp cinnamon

  • 1/2 packet of dry yeast
  • 300 gram flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 60 gram butter, softened
  • 100 gram brown sugar
  • 2 1/2 tsp cinnamon

RECIPE

1. MIX all the ingredients for the glaze well and make sure there are no lumps. Set aside.

2.  MIX warm milk, melted butter, white sugar and dry yeast in a large bowl and let sit for 1 minute.

3.  ADD 300 grams of flour to the bowl and make sure it is well mixed. Cover with a towel and leave the bowl in a warm area for 1 hour.

4.  MIX in the remaining flour, baking powder and salt.

5.  PLACE flour on a surface and knead the dough. Then roll it out to a thickness of 6 millimeters.

6.  SPREAD the soft butter on the dough, and sprinkle the brown sugar and cinnamon on top.

7.  ROLL the dough from one side to the other.

8.  CUT the dough into 2-3 centimeter thick slices. Then place them on a greased pan and cover with a towel for 30 minutes.

9. SELECT Preheat on the Cosori airfryer, adjust the temperature to 165°C, and press Start/Pause.

10.  PLACE the cinnamon rolls on parchment paper and place them in the food basket of the air fryer.

11.  BAKE the cinnamon rolls at 165°C for 12 minutes.

12.  SPREAD the glaze on top of each cinnamon roll when they are done cooking.
