Chicken parmesan

INGREDIENTS 

  • 2.1 oz Panko breadcrumbs (Italian style)
  • 2.1 oz parmesan, grated
  • 2 chicken breast (16 oz)
  • 2.5 ounce flour
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • Cooking oil / spray
  • 2 slices of mozzarella
  • Marinara sauce, for servering
  • Parsley, finely chopped, for serving

RECIPE

1. SELECT Preheat on the Cosori air fryer, adjust the temperature to 185°C, and press Start/Pause.

2.  MIX the breadcrumbs and parmesan cheese in a bowl.

3.  DIP each chicken breast in flour, then dip in the beaten eggs, then roll in breadcrumb mixture.

4.  SPRAY the top of the chicken breasts and the inside of the food baskets with cooking spray and place the chicken breasts in the basket.

5.  BAKE the chicken breasts at 185°C for 12 minutes.

6.  PLACE 1 slice of mozzarella on each chicken breast with 2 minutes left in the cooking time.

7.  SERVED with marinara sauce and garnish with finely chopped parsley.
