INGREDIENTS
- 2 salmon fillets (170g)
- Salt and pepper
- 2 tbsp of butter
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1/2 tsp Worcester sauce
- Cooking oil /spray
RECIPE
1. SEASON the salmon with salt and pepper according to your preferences.
2. SELECT Preheat on the Cosori airfryer, adjust the temperature to 177°C, and press Start/Pause.
3. SPRAY the food baskets with cooking spray and place the fish inside.
4. SELECT Seafood and press Start/Pause.
5. MIX butter, lemon juice, garlic, and Worcestershire sauce in a small saucepan and melt over low heat, about 1 minute.
6. SERVE the salmon fillets with rice and top with lemon butter sauce.
