Vanilja filled french toast

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 slice brioche bread, 6 cm thick
  • 110 gram cream cheese 
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • 2 tbsp whipped cream
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • 1 ts cinnamon
  • 1/2 ts vanilla extract
  • Pistachio, crushed
  • Maple syrup, for servering
  • Cooking spray

  • 110 gram cream cheese 
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • 2 tbsp whipped cream
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • 1 ts cinnamon
  • 1/2 ts vanilla extract
  • Pistachio, crushed
  • Maple syrup, for servering
  • Cooking spray

RECIPE

1.  SELECT Preheat from Cosori airfryer, adjust to 177°C, and press Start/Pause.

2.  CUT an opening in middle of the brioche bread with a knife.

3.  FILL the inside with cream cheese and set aside.

4.  WHISK together egg, milk, cream, sugar, cinnamon and vanilla extract.

5.  SOAK the brioche in the egg mixture for 10 seconds, each side.

6.  SPRAY each side with cooking oil.

7.  PLACE the slice in the preheated Cosori airfryer and cook 10 minutes in 180°C.

8.  REMOVE the food from the airfryer with spatula once it's done.

9.  SERVE with pistachios and maple syrup on top.
