Probably the Best kitchen item I’ve bought, I use it nearly every day, with it’s double heating elements it’s fast and economical, I couldn’t do without it, there’s a lot of suggestions that it can catch fire and there’s a recall, No it Won’t and there’s no recall for it in the UK, the Recall was for the USA where they work on a different Voltage, don’t be put off by the Scare Mongerers who don’t take the time to do their research, Believe me it’s Brilliant

I laid two frozen fish steaks in breadcrumbs on basket base without crisper tray in. This left plenty room to lay frozen chips in beef dripping flat on base, enough for two generous portions. Set to Air fry twenty minutes and almost all of them were browned on all four sides, crispy – crunchy outside and soft inside. Fish crispy too. Very pleased with finish with no turning or need to peep inside basket before end. I’m amazed that the simple idea of a bottom element along with top element wasn’t done before. Well done Corsini!

First time using an airfryer. A little trial and error getting used to temperature and timings but it’s impressive so far. I got a silicone liner to go in it and I would say that’s a must (in fact I’d say get two). Not used the oven since we got this. Frozen oven chips ready in 10 minutes at 180°C !

Great bit of kit, used daily. Cooker gets minimum use if at all. The best way to describe how good it is would be to say I can cook a chicken in it in 45mins and it comes out like a rotisserie chicken. You no need to turn it but steak, burgers, sausages never need to be turned. My only negative is the app is crap.

I’ve had this a few months now and I wouldn’t be without it now.
Great for most foods, but I really like the defrost setting as I’m always forgetting to get stuff out the freezer in time to defrost and cook on the day.
Easy to clean. The basket fits in a standard sink and non stick as you would expect
Easy to use app which reminds you to go and ‘shake’ foods like chips if you’re not in the kitchen at the time, as well being able to control it from your sofa, with recipes and cooking suggestions too.
If you’re an air fryer virgin – I would definitely recommend this one !

I hung back from getting an air fryer as there are so many on the market and I didn’t want to simply jump on the bandwagon due to their popularity. I did a fair bit of research into the best model to get, and this one got my vote.
Not disappointed at all with the Cosori XXL. The ease of use and sleek design fits the bill perfectly for me. The only (slight) negative is that the internal basket can be a bit of a pain to clean, especially if you have cooked something that spits a lot, e.g. burgers or sausages etc.

As stated this air fryer is very sturdy and well made, as it is simply a smaller convection oven, you can cook everything that you could in a conventional oven, except much more quickly. I have a more expensive brand with many more features, however, I always prefer to use this one. The pre-sets take away all the guess work for new user and there are thousands of recipes on line. I usually adhere to the 20 – 10 rule, which is reduce the temperature by 20 degrees and reduce the time by 10 minutes. Especially useful for foods packaged with instructions, like chips etc. Obviously this is not always possible with something that is a quick cook, what I do then is, cut the time in half and keep checking from there, it is imperative that you have a temperature probe especially when cooking meats. There are lots of guide sheets that are available for the English market, right here on Amazon, for roughly £7.99. Be sure to buy one that is in Celsius.
The basket is roomy enough to comfortable fit 4 chicken breasts, 4 lamp skewers, home made pizza using flat breads, home made chicken and stuffing sausage style pasties, chips, asparagus wrapped in ham, my hubby has even made hassle back potatoes a few times, the recipe is in the accompanying book.
Lifting the internal basket from the external basket is also a doddle and makes dishing up easy. They are quick and easy to clean too.
Over all I am over the moon with and plan to buy a second one. The one con is cleaning the internal unit, but that could be applied to all air fryers.
We have tried lots of different foods and I would not be with it. Have fun with it!

This is my second Cosori, the first one was awesome and absolutely loved it but my mistake was I ordered the smaller one, but it was definitely a must have in the kitchen, I sold this one and I decided to get it’s bigger brother, perfect, works exactly the same, a whole chicken takes 54 minutes done to perfection moist, tender with an incredible crispy and tasty skin, very easy to clean, i wouldn’t be without it . The downside well that’s more difficult, the only one that comes to mind, not having it there to use. Recommendations apart from the Cosori is definitely get if you don’t already have is an instant read thermometer it’s a must.

I was prompted to buy the air fryer as my gas oven is very uneven in temperature and it was wasteful to heat up a large space for meals just for two of us. The Cosori is a good size for us and is easy to use. It is at its best cooking chops, chicken quarters, chips etc where the results are better than the oven or a griddle pan. For thin meats, such as thin cuts steaks and bacon, a griddle pan remains better, or at least my attempts have been, it is still early days.
In terms of cost savings, these will take a very long time to be realised, so was not a factor in my deciding to purchase. Ditto in terms of health, we fry very little, though it was nice to have chips for a change! Finally, it is a large object to either have out on a work surface or hide in a cupboard. Be sure you have space.
Overall I am very pleased with the Cosori and it has met my expectations.

My son had had a air fryer for some time and he kept telling me to get one, this was before all the hype. I always thought they were for mainly cooking chips which is not my normal staple. How wrong was I, I looked at some of the various options and found this machine.
Like any form of cooking takes a bit of trial and error to get used to but its now so simple to use.
I now use all the time and the food it produces it cooked far better than in the oven it is so versatile and can cook full meals in it by adjusting your cooking methods.
Easy to use and follow instructions with a app that once logged on works a treat to.
There’s two of us and the basket is ample for what we need.
Easy to clean even after 16 months of use its like new and the non stick properties are still there. We never fully immerse to wash the tray or basket but there’s never no cooking residue else where. c

Nothing to fault – simple to set up and use, comes with useful guidance and recipe book, particularly prefer the square basket/tray that is more space efficient and practical compared to circular designs, and nice design.
